A law firm in Australia is suing that country’s government for COVID vaccine injuries, and 500 families have signed up for compensation so far. Australia forced everyone to get the vaccine after telling people the shots were “safe and effective.” That was always a lie, obviously. This landmark case is the first of its kind in the world. Americans are currently prohibited from suing over vaccine injuries since the government gave Pfizer, Moderna, and other companies immunity for their dangerous experimental medicines.
The lawsuit is seeking monetary compensation for people who were directly injured by the shots, and for families whose loved ones died from the injections. The lawsuit was filed in the Federal Court of Australia, and names the Australian government, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (that country’s version of our FDA), the Department of Health and Aged Care, and several senior public figures in the government.
The suit declares that the respondents approved and pushed the dangerous shots on the public, “with no proper or reasonable evidentiary or logical basis to reasonably determine the Vaccines to be safe, effective and possessing a positive risk-benefit profile.”
The suit also declares that the government acted negligently in approving the vaccines, and for not withdrawing them from the market once it became clear that there was something horribly wrong with the shots. Any idea how many rugby and soccer players in Australia have died after being vaccinated? It’s a lot. The attorneys for the plaintiffs are urging every Australian who was injured by the shots to come forward and join the class action suit.
Everything that the suit alleges is true, by the way. The shots injured millions of Americans, even though the government and the media are covering it up. More than 270 million Americans received the first shot in the vaccine sequence, but only 230 million got double vaccinated. What does that tell you? Why would 40 million Americans refuse to get the second shot, after they had already been injected with the first one? The answer seems pretty obvious. Those 40 million people became so sick from the first shot that they refused the second.
In April of 2021, just four months into the vaccine rollout, Pfizer notified the CDC in writing that the COVID shots were causing 1 in 5 pregnant women to miscarry. Three days later, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky went on television and told the world that the shots were safe for pregnant women and their babies. Walensky lied.
In September of 2021, the FDA knew that vaccinated people were about twice as likely to catch and spread COVID, compared to the unvaccinated. Yet the federal government and many states continued to force people to take these dangerous shots. The FDA and the Biden regime lied.
Australia has a vaccination rate of nearly 100%. They’ve administered 58 million doses of COVID vaccines to their population of 26.7 million people. That’s enough to double-vax every single Australian and then some. The initial 500 people who have signed up for compensation is likely the tip of the iceberg.
The Australian suit was financed by a crowdfunding campaign online after the government’s vaccine injury compensation program (called Services Australia) rejected thousands of claims. More than 3,500 Australians signed up for help with their vaccine injuries, but the program has only helped 137 people to date.
That’s better than here in America. Our vaccine injury program has had more than 11,000 claims filed, and the Biden administration has only approved three (3). This lawsuit in Australia may be the first of its kind in the world, but it definitely won’t be the last.
