Kamala Harris Can’t Hide Her Anti-White Agenda

Recently, the Harris-Walz campaign rolled out its “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men,” an ambitious initiative promising 1 million fully forgivable loans of up to $20,000 specifically for Black entrepreneurs. On the surface, this might sound like a noble effort to uplift a demographic that has historically supported Democrats. Beneath this blatant facade of lies is a desperate and misguided attempt to cling to a constituency that appears to be slipping away—especially as polls indicate that Black men are increasingly leaning toward Republican candidates.

This new initiative had civil rights activist Edward Blum threatening legal action. Blum’s threat prompted the Harris-Walz campaign to announce that the loans were available to everyone, not just “black men.” This sudden U-turn makes one thing clear: Kamala Harris just can’t seem to let go of her race-focused agenda, even when it’s a disaster waiting to happen for her campaign and sure to stir up political chaos.

It’s like Harris can’t see the fallout of her own moves. Instead of pushing policies that bring people together, she’s making divisions worse by focusing on certain groups and leaving others out. This isn’t just a bad political move; it’s actually adding to the racial divides that most Americans are trying to move past. Harris needs to realize that her focus on identity politics isn’t the solution. Rather than leading with inclusion, she is leading with division—and it’s difficult to see how this benefits anyone other than her own political ambitions.

Let’s be clear: the notion of providing targeted financial assistance based solely on race is not just controversial; it is an example of blatant favoritism masquerading as progressive policy. The fact that Harris and her team believe they can win back Black voters by offering financial aid suggests political opportunism. The sudden reversal illustrates a deeper issue: the fact that she has no problem taking advantage of a situation for her own self-serving needs as she doubles down on her racial agenda despite the risks to her campaign.

What’s more concerning is how this initiative fits into a broader narrative of redefining racism to serve political ends. The term has been twisted from its original meaning— “prejudice or discrimination based on race”—to a more convenient concept of “power plus prejudice.” This redefinition allows Harris and her supporters to sidestep accountability for their policies, implying that only those without institutional power can be racist. Ironically, this includes Harris herself, the half-Black woman leading these racially targeted initiatives.

This kind of favoritism just keeps the cycle going and sets back the hard-won progress toward equality.  If Harris really wants to fix what’s wrong in this country, she should ditch her racial agenda and adopt a more color-blind approach.
