It’s an Election Year, So Fake Republican Paul Ryan is Enraging His Own Party Again

Former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan enraged Republican voters this week by using his so-called “conservative principles” to trash Donald Trump. During an interview with the Trump-hating Neil Cavuto on Fox News, Ryan revealed that he won’t be voting for his own party’s nominee in November. This infuriated at least one GOP congressman to the point where he said what millions of Republican voters have been saying for years: Why hasn’t Paul Ryan been kicked out of the party yet?

Ryan’s hatred of Donald Trump has never been a secret. When the Clinton campaign released the Access Hollywood tape in 2016, Ryan was too weak and effeminate to handle it. Even though Trump was the party’s nominee by then, Ryan publicly said he should drop out. Anyone who uses that type of naughty potty language is just not good enough for Paul Ryan. He didn’t seem to notice that every single Republican voter shrugged disinterestedly at the Access Hollywood tape.

Ryan, the only person to ever lose a debate with Joe Biden, became Speaker of the House the year before Donald Trump was elected. During that year, Ryan held a vote every single month to repeal or defund Obamacare. He did this knowing full well that the Democrat-controlled Senate would never vote to get rid of Obamacare.

In 2016, Republican voters gave the GOP smashing victories to take control of the House, Senate, and White House. As soon as the opportunity to get rid of Obamacare had become a reality, Ryan revealed what a phony he had been all along. He had never intended to repeal Obamacare and then spent the next two years doing everything he could to undermine Donald Trump’s presidency. He never held another vote to fix America’s health insurance system by repealing Obamacare.

You can’t really blame him. Ryan’s delicate feelings were hurt during Donald Trump’s inauguration speech in January 2017. Trump announced that the days of fake politicians making empty promises to American workers while enriching themselves at the expense of the people, were over. He might as well have been staring directly at Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell when he said it.

Paul Ryan—along with many other Republicans who are still in office—is devastated by Donald Trump’s existence because he exposes how weak and fake they are. So, we shouldn’t be surprised that Ryan is still trashing the GOP leader to this day. The surprising thing is that the party still tolerates Ryan.

Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) has finally had enough of Ryan’s backstabbing ways. In an appearance on CNN, he let Ryan have it with both barrels:

“Paul Ryan, you’re a piece of garbage. You’re a piece of garbage, and we should kick you out of the party. For Paul Ryan to say he’s not voting for Donald Trump, that’s the problem with some of our Republicans. It’s guys like that. Don’t go spouting your mouth off and saying you’re a conservative. You’re spitting in the face of the leader of our party, Donald Trump. I mean, grow up a little bit.”

Amen!

You never see this kind of disloyalty to party leaders among the Democrats. There’s a reason for that. They’ll knife you in the back and ruin your career if you wander this far off the reservation. Republicans should start enforcing their ranks in the same way.
