Biden’s Response to Terrorism: Sit Back and Hope It All Works Out
Well, here we are, folks—just the latest example of Biden’s utter lack of foresight or competence. The man who abandoned Afghanistan to the Taliban now gets to watch as a new Caliphate rises from the ruins of Syria, all while his State Department flounders with absurd talk about “cooperation” with mass murderers and rapists.
On December 26, Al-Jolani, the jihadi leader of this new nightmare in Syria, appointed a former Al-Qaeda commander, Anas Hassan Khattab, to head the country’s intelligence service. The same Khattab was slapped with a “terrorist” designation by the UN over a decade ago. His job? Not intelligence analysis, but ensuring dissent is crushed and that Al-Jolani’s grip on power remains firm—through torture and murder, of course.
And let’s not stop there. The world can’t forget that Syria’s new government is comprised of some of the most radical, violent extremists in the world. Asaad Hassan al-Shibani, a founding member of Al-Qaeda, is now the foreign minister of this terrorist state. But don’t expect the media to mention that. Instead, they’ve been busy pushing the fiction that Syria is now some sort of democratic oasis—when in reality, it’s an open-air training ground for jihadi fighters.
Reports have surfaced about fighters from across Central Asia, including Tajiks, Uzbeks, and Uyghur Chinese, flooding into Syria to prop up the Caliphate. These groups are openly promoting terrorism on social media, recruiting young fighters to join the jihad and fight for the cause. It’s not just a handful of extremists; the East Turkestan Islamic Party, a significant Uyghur jihadi group, has been active in Syria for years, and now they’re part of the new regime.
What’s Biden’s response to this growing threat? Nothing. After twenty years of fighting Islamic terrorism, we’ve managed to allow not one but two radical terrorist states to flourish, practically begging for international attacks to launch from their soil. And somehow, the Biden administration is still pretending like this isn’t a big deal.
While Al-Jolani’s forces consolidate power, demanding that rival groups surrender their weapons and imposing Sharia law on the population, we’re left wondering when the U.S. will actually take action—if ever. At this rate, it’s clear that Al-Qaeda and its affiliates are winning. So, brace yourselves because the nightmare isn’t over. It’s just beginning.
